Cooking Tip
Oil for Stir-Frying
Adjust oil in recipes as you gain experience. You will almost always need to use less oil in a wok, when stir-frying, than you will a skillet.

Cooking Tip
Sticky Rice Steamer
Essential for cooking sticky rice, the simple steamer consists of a v-shaped bamboo basket and a deep, narrow-necked pot. Soak rice before steaming.
