Fried Pork With Spring Onions

This is a great pork recipe that is marinated in Chinese rice wine vinegar and then a quickly sautéed with green onion and soy sauce.
Ingredients -
1/2 Pound Pork, shredded
1 Tablespoon Chinese Rice Wine Vinegar
1 Pound Green Onions
2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
5 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
1/2 Teaspoon Sea Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper
 
Preparation:

1. Mix the pork with the soy sauce and Chinese rice wine.

2. Wash the spring onions and cut them into 2-inch lengths.

3. Sauté the pork in the sesame oil.

4. Add the spring onions and salt to taste when the pork changes color.

5. Mix well and remove from heat before spring onions begin to give off juice.

6. Serve hot with rice.
